UFIT will take you to a fitness level that you could not imagine and will blow your body and mind. Each workout is designed to focus on certain aspect of your body (upper body, lower body, full body and abs).
To achieve your fitness goal through UFIT, all you need is to first master some simple elements of your strength: PUSH-UPS, SIT-UP, DIPS and SQUATS. There will be 3 tests during the program to track your performance throughout the 90-days course: Baseline Test will help you set an initial starting point of your fitness level. This test is performed on day 1. Progress Test is done on the 42nd day of the program and the Final Test is on the 90th and final day of the program.
The main element of UFIT XII Plus is an integrated design of the above 4 combination routines to help you boost your daily energy level, long-term physical strength, mental toughness and ultimately, UFIT. Cardio exercise is crucial in our program. Each routine targets a particular section of your body everyday for the next 90 days with some rest days, either training your upper body, lower body, full body or absolute abs. You will soon find out that YOU can break your own mental limitations to take your workout intensity to the next level. Your goal is to put your heart to work at its fullest level so that when your workout session is ended, your oven heated body is still continuously burning down those extra calories or unwanted fat even when you are rested. Remember, a successful workout session is one that you will feel COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED. UFIT designed four integrated routines to help you tone, strengthen, and accomplish your fitness goals. Each routine focuses on a particular section of your body that helps you perform daily activities and while touching on the other section of your body such as cardio and abs. If the heart rate isn’t elevated, your body is not stressing and working to it fullest.
